Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely across time zones. For training that's better in person, we travel for larger scopes. Ask what that looks like for your situation.
What does a typical Build engagement cost?
We don't publish pricing because scope varies. A two-week integration and a six-week multi-system project are both "builds" but priced very differently. You get a written estimate before any commitment, and the number doesn't move once you've agreed to it.
We already have an IT team. Can you work alongside them?
Yes, most of our clients do. We're used to working with internal technical teams and hand off fully documented work for them to maintain. If you'd rather we handle ongoing support, we can structure that too.
What if we start a Build and realize we need something different?
It happens. We'd rather name the shift and adjust the engagement than keep building toward the wrong thing. Scope changes get a revised estimate and your approval before anything moves.
